Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 14, 2026. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Demiforge planning and design studio.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, creating a workspace, or using the Demiforge platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these conditions.

2. Description of Service

Demiforge provides a governed, collaborative AI planning and architecture platform. The service generates a 32-deliverable Engineering Design Package (EDP) containing High-Level Designs, Database schemas, API definitions, test suites, and documentation, ready to be exported to development tools.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree that all activities occurring under your account are your sole responsibility. Organizations must monitor and govern their team memberships and access scopes.

4. Billing, Credits, and Reservations

Demiforge operates on a credit-based consumption model:

  • Credits are reserved when an execution starts and committed only on successful completion of the agent run. Failed runs are automatically released.
  • Credit balances, transactions, and usage metrics are displayed in real-time in your workspace billing panel.
  • Refunds or credit adjustments are governed by your organizational service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property and Deliverables

You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the inputs (business ideas, questionnaire responses, manual overrides) you submit to the service. All 32 deliverables compiled in your Engineering Design Package (including SQL scripts, diagrams, specs) belong entirely to your organization upon creation. Demiforge claims no ownership over generated client blueprints.

6. Limitation of Liability

While our platform utilizes multiple validation layers (7 quality gates) to ensure consistency, all deliverables are architectural blueprints. Demiforge is not liable for runtime software bugs, data losses, or security issues in applications built by third parties using these blueprints.
